Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) seeks to deliver high quality cost effective patient care, promote significant research, and provide superior medical education to all health care professionals. It is recognized that Vendor Representatives play an important role in achieving these goals. VUMC has partnered with Vendormate credentialing services to insure vendor representatives visiting our facilities are appropriate, productive, and beneficial.

All Vendor Representatives must register with Vendormate.  Registration requirements are based on the areas the Vendor Representative will visit and if there will be any patient contact.  To begin the registration process, visit our website at https://vanderbilt.vendormate.com. In order to complete the registration process, Vendor Representatives will need their company’s Tax ID number to make the search for their company easier.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is based on the access level for the company/vendor. The fee is paid directly to Vendormate and is the only fee charged.

Vendors will need to contact Vendormate directly if they have concerns with their account.
