Launched in April 2025, VU STARS replaced the Partnering with a Purpose meetings to better support and connect our campus community across the full Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) process.
VU STARS sessions are typically held on the last Wednesday of each month, with scheduling adjustments made as needed around holidays. Each webinar focuses on topics related to our P2P departments—including Procurement, Payables, Travel, One Cards, and Expenses.
Whether you’re new to P2P systems or an experienced user, these sessions provide valuable training, process updates, best practices, and open discussion opportunities to help you confidently navigate university processes.
While attendance is not required, participation is strongly encouraged for all faculty and staff engaged in any part of the P2P cycle.
